SERVICE AGREEMENT

BETWEEN

AND

8 ELEMENTS ASIA PACIFIC LTD a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong whose principal place of business is at 618 New Mandarin Plaza Tower B, 14 Science Museum Road, Tsimshatsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong ("8elements");

Display, advertise, test, review and promote the mobile Application and subsequently submitted Applications in the Territory on 8elements early access community platform called TRii.

OPERATIVE PROVISIONS

DEFINITIONS
1. In this Agreement the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless inconsistent with the context:
  "Addendum" means any addendum to this Agreement which may be agreed from time to time by the parties;
  “Application” shall mean a software application that is owned by YOU or for which you hold sufficient rights to grant 8elements the licenses set forth in Clause 2 below and which is listed in the Schedule hereto or any Addendum; also referred to as “Content” or “Product”
  "Authorised Third Party" means such third party channels proposed by 8elements to host and distribute the Applications and which have been specifically approved in advance and in writing by YOU and are detailed and included in Schedule 3 hereto or an applicable Addendum to this Agreement; also referred to as “Platform” or “Store”, by way of example iTunes App Store or Google Play;
  "Content" means digital wireless entertainment software including but not limited to Applications or Games, in particular downloadable mobile games and applications, provided by YOU including but not limited to .APK or .IPG files, JPG, GIF, AI and other images, MPEG files or other video formats, descriptive texts and other information;
  “Product” means the Game or Application;
  “Service Fees” means the funds transferred by YOU to 8elements for the Services;
  "Supported Devices" shall mean any and all wireless communication products that support the execution of one or more of the Applications;
  "Territory" means worldwide unless countries are specified in Schedule 3;
  USD” means United States Dollars; and “User” means any third party downloading the Application into its mobile device for its own private use, also referred here as “Gamer” or “Player”;
2. In this Agreement unless the context otherwise requires:
  1. References to clauses and other provisions are references to clauses and other provisions of this Agreement;
  2. Headings in this Agreement are for ease of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement;
  3. Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa, words importing a gender include every gender and references to persons include corporations, partnerships and other unincorporated associations or bodies of persons;
GRANT OF LICENSE
1. YOU hereby grant to 8elements the exclusive right and licence during the Term throughout the Territory to Display the Applications on its own or Authorised Third Parties Platforms and to use YOUR Intellectual Property and Trademarks. This license shall include a royalty-free license to use, display, perform and duplicate the Applications and Trademarks publicly for marketing purposes, including but not limited for test, review and evaluation purposes. Such marketing or demonstration efforts include demonstrating the Applications on 8elements Sites.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions detailed herein, YOU hereby acknowledge and accept that 8elements enters into agreements with Authorized Third Parties for the hosting, distribution and secure download of YOUR Applications.
OBLIGATIONS OF 8ELEMENTS
8elements shall, for the term of this Agreement, service the Game and all its Versions in the Territory and deliver the best possible service experience to its Users including but not limited to:
1. Game assessment and play-testing
2. Evaluation of the Game for audiences in the Territories

How to join TRii?

The registration process is very simple and easy. Go to the Register page and fill in your information there. After that, go to your email to activate your account. Voila, You are now part of the best gamer community for new games.(https://trii.global/Dashboard/Index)

Why should I be a TRii member?

By becoming a TRii member, or a Twigster as we call you, you get access to many new games and game versions and the chance to contribute to the success of a game. Well, you also get many rewards by testing, reviewing and promoting these games.

How to complete my profile?

You should go to the Edit Profile page (https://trii.global/my-profile/update) and complete your profile there. It is also the requirement to start redeeming rewards. (https://trii.global/redeem)

How do I change my profile picture?

You need to reach Tier 1, Banana, to change your profile picture. After that, just go to the Edit Profile page (https://trii.global/my-profile/update) and upload your profile picture there.

How do I add an additional email?

You should go to the Edit Profile page (https://trii.global/my-profile/update) and add it in the Alternative Email field.

How to reset my password?

You should go to our Forgot Password page and put in the email address that you have used during the registration. An email with instructions to reset your password will then be sent to you. Forgot Password page : https://trii.global/Dashboard/Index

Tier

What is the Tier system?

The Tier system is the leveling system for Twigsters. As you put in more efforts and time into TRii, you will reach higher tiers that will grant you better privileges.

How do I increase my Tier level?

The basic requirement to increase your Tier level is to accumulate points by completing jobs. While the additional requirements are getting more difficult for higher Tier levels, the privileges will also be better. For more information please go to: https://trii.global/tier

Achievement

What are Achievements?

Achievements can be considered the side quests that you can complete as you progress along your main quests. You will be rewarded when you have completed the requirements. Note: You need to reach Tier 3, Redwood, to start unlocking achievements.

How to accomplish achievements?

For each achievement that you want to accomplish, you need to fulfill certain requirements.

Jobs

What are Jobs?

Jobs are tasks that the developers need you Twigsters to complete for their games. You will be rewarded with points for each job that you have completed. The amount of points is adjusted according to the job challenge.

How to install a new game?

Installing the game is the first job that a Twigster has to do. Depending on the developer’s decision, you will be given the raw APK or redirected to the Google Playstore page. When the installation is completed, the points will be rewarded automatically.

What is a Device Test? How to complete it?

A Device Test consists of questions that are related to the game performance while being played on your device. Firstly, make sure that you have completed the Install job. Secondly, play the game! You can’t give us your test results without testing the game, can you? In the test, please answer all questions honestly and in English. Your answers will be checked manually by our Quality Ents. Please refrain yourself from using offensive, provocative and inappropriate vocabularies. When it has been approved, the points will be added into your account.

What is a Bug Test? How to complete it?

A Bug Test consists of questions that are related to the bugs that you may or may not encounter while playing the game. Similar to the Device Test, please install and play the game before starting this job. In the test, please answer all questions sincerely to deliver useful insights to the developer. Please practice your English skills! Again, remember that your answers will be checked manually, and refrain yourself from using offensive, provocative and inappropriate vocabularies. When it has been approved, the points will be added into your account.

What is a Game Review? How to complete it?

A Game Review is the master Job to do. It consists of questions that are related to the overall performance of the game and its gameplay. Similar to the two jobs above, please install and play the game before starting this one. In the Q&A section, please answer all questions honestly. Take your time and only write in English! Remember that your answers will be checked manually, and refrain yourself from using offensive, provocative and inappropriate vocabularies. Your masterpiece is the written feedback, your individual Review of the game, which demands a minimum of 100 words. When it has been approved, a lot of points will be added into your account.

Points

What are the TRii points?

TRii points are the official currency in TRii. You Twigsters will earn points for different jobs and features that you have access to. You can then redeem them for rewards. Note: Remember that you have to reach Tier 1, Banana, and complete your profile before you can redeem those rewards.

Where can I earn the points?

Starting from Tier 0, Sprout, you can complete jobs and compete in the leaderboard. Starting from Tier 1, Banana, you can claim daily login rewards. Starting from Tier 2, Banyan, you can spin the Wood of Fortune.

What are rewards?

Rewards are the items that you can spend your points on. They include:

in-game items and currency
prepaid phone credits
Google and iTunes gift cards

How to claim these rewards?

You can claim these rewards when you have enough points to redeem them. The lowest nominal now is 50.000 points. Note: You also need to complete your Profile and reach Tier 1, Banana, to do so.

Sidekicks

What are sidekicks?

Sidekicks are members that have already accepted your invitation to be your friends on TRii. Please note that you must invite them via TRii with a referral link. Only with this link they will be associated with you and you get referral points.

How to increase the number of sidekicks ?

You have two options:

Invite your friends directly.
Promote TRii using your Social Media acounts and your individual TRii referral link.

How do I put my games onto TRii?

To do that, just go to the Developer Contact page (https://trii.global/Dashboard/Index), fill in all the requirements and our team will contact you as soon as possible.

How long is the registration process?

If you have submitted your registration application, go to your email for the activation instructions. After the account has been activated, you are a Twigster now.

Who are these leaders in the leaderboard?

They are the Twigsters that have worked hard in cultivating the TRii forest. They have accumulated the most points within a week or month, based on the leaderboard that you are looking at. They will be rewarded for their hard work.

What is the Promo tab for?

In this tab, you can check out all the promotions that the TRii forest has to offer now.

What is the History page for?

In the History page, you can see all your account’s activities related to Points.

What is the Invite page for?

In this page, you can invite your friends / soon-to-be sidekicks to join TRii, start earning points and redeem rewards!
