01/02/2023

Getting bored with your shooter game? Are you expecting some of new mobile shooter games to play in 2023? We have selected the 4 Most Anticipated Mobile Shooter Games on Android and iOS for you to satisfy your shooting skills!

1. Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile

Call of Duty: Warzone is coming to mobile! It's been confirmed Warzone mobile will bring a smaller 'more focused' multiplayer mode to the series. Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile is a fast-paced, large-scale battle royale game.

Revealed back in September, Warzone Mobile promises an ambitious 120 players on the map, and it seems that the mobile version will have many similar machenics from the original such as gas masks, contracts and weapons from the Modern Warfare era. Bots will only be used to improve matchmaking times if needed.

Activision had already opened a pre-register phase on the Google Play Store page of Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile, or just click here. Players who pre-register will be eligible for rewards upon the mobile game's worldwide launch. Once certain pre-registration milestones are passed, Activision will release more in-game rewards per tier.

The recommended specification for players to play Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile is iPhone 8+ or higher, Adreno 618 or higher, with minimum 3GB RAM.

2. Rainbow Six Mobile

From the acclaimed Rainbow Six franchise, Rainbow Six Mobile is a free-to-play competitive, multiplayer first-person shooter experience on your phone.

Rainbow Six Siege has indeed managed to become one of the most successful tactical shooter games on PC and consoles for almost 7 years. Now, Ubisoft seems to want to replicate the success of this game on the mobile platform through Rainbow Six Mobile.

Announced last April, Rainbow Six Mobile was indeed anticipated by many gamers. Especially since Ubisoft will retain the tactical aspects as well as the unique characters from Rainbow Six Siege. The good news is that the pre-registration period for this game is finally open.

On the Google Play Store page, Rainbow Six Mobile states that for now they are still testing the initial version of the game. They mentioned that the development process is currently focused on increasing the number of smartphone models that can be supported.

3. The Division Resurgence

The Division Resurgence is a third-person shooter RPG set in a massive urban open world. It offers the same acclaimed HD experience tailored to mobile.

Resurgence (not to be confused with Heartland, Ubisoft's upcoming free-to-play Division game for PC and consoles), will, like other titles in the series, set in post-crisis America - specifically, Manhattan - following a deadly virus outbreak.

Ubisoft's previous chatter around Resurgence has promised a fresh story campaign offering a "new perspective on key story events" from past The Division games, with players once again being cast as agents allied to the Strategic Homeland.

Players can immediately register for the beta stage through the official website HERE and if you are lucky you will be chosen to try the game first. The Division Resurgence has not received a release schedule so far, but what is certain is that the game will be released for Android and iOS and can be enjoyed for free directly globally.

The minimum specs to be able to play The Division Resurgence for Android devices are Android 8 (OS), Snapdragon 778G / Exynos 9820 / Dimensity 1000 (Chipset), and 4GB RAM. However, it should be emphasized that the actual requirements may be different because they are still taken for the needs of the beta stage.

4. Valorant Mobile

In the world of esports, this can be considered one of the big development as VALORANT is coming on mobile devices. Riot Games already confirmed that the VALORANT franchise is expanding to mobile and will also host a month-long in-game event.

Valorant Mobile was officially announced on the first anniversary of its PC version on July 2, 2021. Although it has been over a year and a half, Riot Games has not shared any official news regarding its release date. However, a few gameplay videos were leaked during mid-2022.

The Dev Diaries video released on 25 January also showed a couple of clips of the dev team seemingly working on the adjustments needed to make the game available to other platforms. Hopefully, with all these updates, fans won’t have to wait for it for too long.

So, there you go, our most anticipated mobile shooter game list that you should be waiting in this year. Are you guys excited?
