PUBG Mobile Adds New Feature, Healthy Gameplay System!

23/07/2020

So many school-age children who like to play popular mobile games like PUBG Mobile. But, have they played it well and correctly?

Well, related to that, we can breathe a little relieved because now PUBG Mobile has implemented a new feature called 'Healthy Gameplay System'.

The system that had been tested in India since March is now also available for PUBG Mobile players in Indonesia. It will include some warnings about how long you play the game.

Its other ability is to give a health reminder so each player is taking a break or provide adequate rest for their bodies, and not being too excessive in playing PUBG Mobile.

"We are introducing the healthy gameplay system in Indonesia to promote balanced and responsible gaming, including to limit playing time for minors," said Gaga Lie, Head of PUBG Mobile eSports Southeast Asia.

There are phases in using the 'Healthy Gameplay System' feature on PUBG Mobile. First, when login to PUBG Mobile on a smartphone, the feature will appear and ask if the player is under 18 years old, or not.

Each player must answer with 'Yes' or 'No' and will be followed by a note about playing healthy games. Then, the player has to read the note in detail to confirm that he had understood what it means.

This feature will work in two different time reminders. First, if a player has played for a total of 4 (four) hours in one day, then players aged over 18 years can continue to play. However, if a player is under 18 years old, a notification will appear for 5 sec and encourage the player to rest before continuing to the next game.

For players who still want to continue playing, you can close the notification. But it will reappear within the next 1 hour. Again, to advise the player to rest first.

Second, if the player has played for a total of 6 (six) hours in one day, then players aged over 18 years will get a 5-second notification, which reminds players to take time off.

But, that player can still play and close notification if they want to. The notifications will reappear within the next two hours and again advise the player to rest first.

All players under the age of 18 will have notifications appear every two hours from the sixth hour onwards. The system will require the player to rest for 15 minutes before continuing to play PUBG Mobile again.

If the player enters again in less than fifteen minutes after the warning notification is given, then the player cannot join any game. So they have to wait until the 15 minutes are over.

The main purpose of adding this Healthy Gameplay System feature is to provide the best experience for players, as well as to show concern from Tencent Games, as the most popular game developer for the health of fans and the PUBG Mobile community in Indonesia.

So, be wise and manage your time in playing games to keep your mind and body healthy. Be a healthy gamer!
